TORONTO — ion at has reached its top floor, making it the tallest building in Canada and first residential building in North America to hit 106 storeys.
According to a release, the project is set to be completed later this year at a final height of 351.85 metres.
It will feature 958 residential units, the new Le Méridien Toronto Pinnacle Hotel and 80,000 square feet of amenities.
Its highest floor is now in line with the CN Tower’s main observation level.

Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, the building has a 12-sided, tapered design with an aerodynamic profile.
“Pinnacle SkyTower blends waterfront inspired design elements with more angular, diamond-shaped geometry that speaks to the urban surroundings and proximity to downtown,” the release reads.
Balconies are spanning up to the 88th floor and there are floor-to-ceiling windows.

PinnacleSkyToweris part of the broader Pinnacle One Yonge site, a 4.4-million-square-foot mixed-use development masterplan that includes residential, retail, hotel and outdoor space.
