TORONTO – �����Ի��� have announced their acquisition of The Ritz-Carlton, one of Canada’s most iconic hotels.

Located in downtown Toronto, The Ritz-Carlton opened in 2011.

The transaction represents the new owners’ shared vision for the property as they jointly take on the role of asset-manager.

The groups state the hotel will now enter a “new era of growth and innovation.”

Planned enhancements include updates to the spa and wellness amenities, common areas and conferencing spaces.

Marriott International will continue to manage the hotel under The Ritz-Carlton brand.
