TORONTO — Toronto-based Hazelview’s Station House is a new rental community at Bloor and Dufferin in the city’s west end.
The two rental towers are part of Bloor Crossing, a master-planned development, a release notes, that will include parks, shops, cafes, a City of Toronto-owned community hub and day care on the first two floors of the former Kent School building, and a new pedestrian-oriented Assembly Lane.
Station House includes 1,000 new purpose-built rental units alongside residential, retail and office spaces. Suite sizes include studio, one, two- and three-bedrooms.
The project is composed of two separate phases that will be released a few months apart: Station I and Station II.
Both phases are designed by architectural firm Turner Fleischer, with interior design for Station I by Diamond Schmitt, interior design for Station II by Mason Studio, and landscape design by Studio TLA, the release adds.
Station I is a 12-storey, heritage-inspired midrise building at the corner of Collegiate Road and Bloor Street. Amenities include two party rooms, a refrigerated food delivery room, an event kitchen, coffee station, indoor garden lounge and barbecue with bistro tables. There’s also a yoga studio, fitness centre, outdoor pool and outdoor dog run and pet spa.
Hazelview will be pre-leasing the 284 units in Station I in the spring, with move-in scheduled for Q4 2026.
Station II, at 980 Dufferin St., comprises two towers of 34 and 38 storeys each, connected by a seven-storey podium with 856 rental apartments.
Station II features eighth floor amenities that extend from indoors out onto the outdoor terrace. These include a Nordic spa, cold plunge pool and hot tub; spa lounge, sauna, hydrotherapy shower; loungers; fitness studio, cardio and weight room, Pilates room, yoga studio, boxing studio, bikes; and Peloton Studio.
There’s also a terrace, outdoor barbecue area with seating, a grab and go coffee station in the ground floor lobby, party room with bar, show kitchen, dining room, screening room, outdoor fireplace with a seating area, two games rooms and dining rooms.
There are co-working spaces with private pods, bookable boardrooms and a suite.
Station II also has a hobby room and kids room, plus a pet spa and outdoor dog run.
The rental apartments will be available for pre-leasing in early 2026, with occupancy scheduled for this summer.
