TORONTO – Design and engineering firm Arcadis has announced a strategic alliance with Spanier Group, a Toronto-based real estate advisory and development firm, that aims to accelerate the delivery of people-centered destinations, social infrastructure and city-building projects.
Their efforts will also advance Ontario and Canada’s mandate for community-driven housing across Toronto, the Greater Golden Horseshoe and other markets, a release reads.
The two companies have worked together in the past with industry leaders including Trinity Point (a Greenpark company), Sevoy (formerly Fieldgate Urban), Lakeview Community Partners Limited (TACC, Greenpark, CCI, Branthaven, and Argo), as well as on major urban developments in downtown Vaughan, Mississauga and Toronto.
